- Pentium - 75MHz processor (or higher)
- 32MB RAM or higher
- Minimum 28.8 Kbps modem (preferably 56 Kbps)
- 50MB of available hard-disk space
- CD-ROM drive
- Laser or inkjet printer with at least 2MB of printer memory
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 (with Service Pack 2)
- 128-bit encryption browser pack
